This drink will remind you of a certain companies cold cappuccino.
You will need:
Ingredients:
1 cup DOUBLE STRENGTH! (56 grams coffee for 16 oz water) French Pressed Coffee OR drip coffee if you do not have a press
1 Cup Milk (I prefer Whole!)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 and 1/2 cups crushed ice (I use whole ice cubes and toss them in the blender when I mix to crush them)
2 tablespoon flavored syrup (your choice!)
Equipment:
1 Blender
1 Large Cold Drink Cup
Extras:
Whipped Cream
Directions
Start by brewing your coffee in the press or drip machine (I let mine sit a little longer then normal when using a press). Dissolve the sugar in the coffee while hot. This recipe is best if the coffee is cold when it is blended, so I let my coffee chill in the fridge or freezer for a little while before moving forward.
You may also substitute the coffee in this recipe for cold coffee, but that's another recipe. After the coffee has been properly chilled, combine the milk, coffee, ice, and syrup in the blender. Blend on either high speed if you used whole ice, or low speed if you used crushed until the consistency is slightly chunky. Pour into your glass, and enjoy!
