Our Colombian roast produces a well balanced cup. With a substantial body, and mild acidity, this is a cup preferred by many of our own employees. The flavors extracted out of this region remind one of a darker, and somewhat sweet chocolate. Worth noting, the sweetness found in this cup remains, and some say intensifies, as it sits and becomes warm! Rich and soothing, this roast will leave a fine flavored tobacco taste on your tongue after drinking.
