Our Ethiopian Sidamo coffee is a very interesting lot. We actually have to pick out and sort the coffee post roast to make sure it stays high in quality! Similar to our other Etihopian, this coffee is light and has hints of many fruits (strawberries and golden raisins!), but is roasted slightly darker to showcase its' cocoa like flavors. Light bodied and sweet, this coffee is a must for Ethiopian lovers!
